The Tournament game rules provided here are for reference only. There may be a modifications made to the rules by the Tournament Director at anytime prior to the event. Printed copies are always available on-site at any tournaments. We are not responsible nor do we authorize other tournament directors that advertise/use our rules to make changes at anytime.

The Basics

Some things you might need to know

  • Please contact us about availability before sending registrations. Tournaments are NOT open for registration until the flyer is available. We set team limits to ensure tournaments can be completed on time.  Check our Facebook page for updates on full tournaments

  • Your team doesn't need to be pre-approved. We accept deposits from a team captains that are waiting for player ratings determinations and commitments.      

  • *You may be required to change players on your team if they don't meet the event guidelines

  • If you are not able to print the entry form, any blank piece of paper and include the information requested... remember a phone number for future contact

  • We allow  player substitutions up until the players meeting begins Saturday Morning for team events.

  • Friday Night 9-Ball is walk in registration only. We stop taking entries 15 minutes prior to play. We take all players eligible during registration hours. No limit on how many can play. Registration begins and tables are open to play as indicated on the bottom right side of the flyers.

  • All team entries must be paid Friday Night or late fees will be charged. Side Pot entries can be paid until the Tournament Board is posted. If you or anyone from your team is not attending Friday Night. Please make complete payment at least 7 days prior.

  • We accept cash, check, money order, PayPal or can process your debit/credit card *5% processing fee for all electronic transactions please contact us for details
